Globalstar, Inc. (NASDAQ:GSAT), a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data services to businesses and individuals, announced that two typographical errors were made in its press release titled, “GLOBALSTAR, INC. FILES FORM 8-K WITH SEC” which was released on February 6, 2007.

On February 5, 2007, Thermo Funding Company LLC elected to make a further investment in the Company by purchasing an additional 1.5 million shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $16.17 per share, not on February 5, 2006..

In the Questions and Answers portion of the press release, the ninth line in the opening answer should read, “to provide commercially viable two-way communications services until we place into service our next-generation constellation,” and not “to provide commercially viable two-way communications services until we place into service our next-generation constellation into service.”
